If you need to reach a health care provider after hours please call 783-1267 and the answering machine will give you the pager number for the on call provider. In case of severe injury or emergency, it is best to go to the emergency room and they will call your doctor.
Medication Refills
Please contact your pharmacy at least 2-3 days before your medication runs out. This prevents interruptions in your medication schedule. Some medications cannot be refilled by telephone and others cannot be refilled if you are overdue for a follow-up appointment.
